Missouri's telecommunications providers and the Missouri Public Service Commission are working on ways to make your bill easier to read and understand. There are ongoing efforts to explain charges and credits in less technical language.
The Missouri Public Service Commission has produced a video that takes an in-depth look at the charges and terms that appear on the typical local telephone bill. You should contact your cable television local public access station to see when this video will be shown in your area. The information on this site is a supplement to that program, and provides highlights of the information provided in the video.
